Position Overview

This role is responsible for providing comprehensive financial oversight and analytical support for all capital construction initiatives, including additional assistance for high-level projects. The successful candidate will compile, disseminate, review, analyze, and evaluate financial information related to Design and Construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed reports and respond to inquiries that clarify budget discrepancies.
  • Conduct forward-looking financial analyses to assess project progress.
  • Collaborate with project managers and supervisors to track funding for all operational and capital projects, ensuring that budgets remain current.
  • Perform financial assessments of capital construction projects exceeding $5 million, alongside cash flow evaluations.
  • Coordinate the gathering, verification, and analysis of financial and operational data to support various project initiatives, including benchmarking activities and cost justification for proposed capital projects.

Compensation Information

In alignment with U.S. state and municipal pay transparency regulations, St. Jude provides a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position. This estimate is offered in good faith, and specific salary offers will consider various factors, including skills, experience, training, and organizational needs. Typically, individuals are not hired at or near the top of the salary range. The estimated salary range for the Lead Financial Analyst for Construction Projects is $78,000 - $139,360 annually.
