Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst/Accountant to join our team at Trisian-Global Consulting LLC. As a key member of our financial team, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and providing support for various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Monitor and report on key financial metrics.
  • Prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
  • Support the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decisions.
  • Participate in ad-hoc financial projects as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a consulting or professional services firm.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
What You'll Do:
  • Perform moderately complex to complex levels of activities in the maintenance of company financial data and the development of financial statements and reports.
  • Responsible for monthly forecasts and the annual budgeting process.
  • Ensure all capital projects are accurately reflected on financial statements.
  • Perform in-depth P&L analysis and reviews for leadership, including gross profit and expense variances.
  • Act as the backup for the DAI Accountant and perform month-end duties as needed.
  • Responsible for the accounts payable function, ensuring that all expenses are coded properly.
  • Reviews inventory costing to ensure accurate financial statements.
  • Participate in special projects as needed.
  • Serves as the direct contact for leadership and field locations to handle questions and resolve issues.
  • May be required to drive a company vehicle.
  • Provides excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.
  • Other work-related duties as assigned by your leader.
