The Position
At Living Room, we recognize that the front desk serves as the nucleus of our club, marking the beginning of every guest's experience. As a Front Desk Host, you will embody the welcoming spirit and serve as the initial point of interaction for our members and guests, ensuring they feel instantly at ease. Your contribution is vital in fostering a warm, inviting environment and delivering outstanding service.
The Front Desk Host's responsibilities include welcoming guests, overseeing reservations, and providing essential administrative assistance. You will be instrumental in guaranteeing that our members and guests enjoy a smooth and pleasant experience from arrival to departure.
- Guest Reception: Warmly welcome all members and guests, ensuring a friendly and hospitable environment. Efficiently manage check-ins and check-outs.
- Reservations Management: Precisely oversee reservations, maintain the reservation system, and ensure optimal table occupancy while facilitating a seamless service flow.
- Phone Management: Respond to incoming calls promptly and professionally, offering information about menus, operational hours, club amenities, and addressing reservation inquiries and general questions.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative duties such as handling correspondence, managing member inquiries, and keeping organized records.
- Member and Guest Relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with members and guests, remembering names and preferences to provide tailored service. Attend to any special requests or needs with care.
- Service Coordination: Collaborate closely with the service team to ensure tables are ready and guests are seated without delay. Monitor the dining area to effectively manage seating and guest flow.
- Positive Atmosphere: Contribute to a professional, friendly, and positive environment for both guests and colleagues. Promote teamwork and a cooperative work culture.
The Ideal Candidate:

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a similar capacity, ideally within a high-end hospitality setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
