The Position

The Front Desk Host's responsibilities include welcoming guests, overseeing reservations, and providing essential administrative assistance. You will be instrumental in guaranteeing that our members and guests enjoy a smooth and pleasant experience from arrival to departure.

  • Guest Reception: Warmly welcome all members and guests, ensuring a friendly and hospitable environment. Efficiently manage check-ins and check-outs.
  • Reservations Management: Precisely oversee reservations, maintain the reservation system, and ensure optimal table occupancy while facilitating a seamless service flow.
  • Phone Management: Respond to incoming calls promptly and professionally, offering information about menus, operational hours, club amenities, and addressing reservation inquiries and general questions.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative duties such as handling correspondence, managing member inquiries, and keeping organized records.
  • Member and Guest Relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with members and guests, remembering names and preferences to provide tailored service. Attend to any special requests or needs with care.
  • Service Coordination: Collaborate closely with the service team to ensure tables are ready and guests are seated without delay. Monitor the dining area to effectively manage seating and guest flow.
  • Positive Atmosphere: Contribute to a professional, friendly, and positive environment for both guests and colleagues. Promote teamwork and a cooperative work culture.
