Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Services Representative to join our team at Azul Hospitality. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration and Check-out: Process guest arrivals and departures, handle room assignments, and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.
  • Cash Handling and Accounting: Manage cash transactions, balance the cash drawer, and maintain accurate records of guest accounts.
  • Communication and Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of guest requests and services.
  • Knowledge and Awareness: Stay up-to-date on hotel services, amenities, and promotions, as well as local attractions and events, to provide guests with valuable recommendations and insights.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a front desk or customer service role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in basic computer skills.
Working Conditions

This role requires regular attendance, flexibility to work varying schedules, and the ability to lift up to 45 pounds. The individual must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours in length.
