Job Title: Guest Service Representative

Pacifica Hotels is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Guest Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to hotel guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, handling check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Manage guest accounts, handling payments and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, providing timely and knowledgeable responses to inquiries.
  • Operate the PBX equipment, handling incoming and outgoing calls, and assisting with wake-up calls.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for guests.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within hotel operations, demonstrating progressive career path responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with hotel operations software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
