As the Head of Business Development, you will focus on partnering with companies, building new relationships, negotiating contracts, and securing new business. You will be Employee #4. This person will need a strong business development track record with direct experience in the agency recruiting. You will have the opportunity to grow into a Director and VP+ level. This role will also have autonomy and will build the entire BD/Sales function, eventually building a BD/Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Partner with companies to build new relationships and secure new business
* Negotiate contracts and develop business strategies
* Build and lead a BD/Sales team

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in life sciences, tech, or finance
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Proven knowledge and execution of successful business development strategies
* Focused and goal-oriented
