Leidos Health Mission Solutions is looking for a Transformation Manager to oversee a significant network services initiative supporting the National Institute of Health (NIH).

Position Overview:
The Transformation Manager (TM) will be tasked with managing all infrastructure modifications through a unified set of procedures. The TM aims to create a stable operational environment, maximizing the advantages of change while minimizing associated risks. This role will involve facilitating and coordinating change management in alignment with NIH CIT's Change Management Process.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and manage the entire lifecycle of change requests.
2. Evaluate all proposed changes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and absence of conflicts.
3. Support discussions regarding proposed changes in Technical Review Board (TRB) meetings, collaborating with Change Owners, Security, and other technical leaders.
4. Document TRB decisions and circulate meeting minutes.
5. Present change requests for CAB approval.
6. Communicate and socialize change requests with internal teams and clients.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or Organizational Management with over 12 years of relevant project management experience.
- Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification and a minimum of three years of change management experience, or five years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.
- Familiarity with ITIL standards for change management.
- Experience in updating and maintaining change management plans.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external teams.
- Competence in developing and sustaining formal change management processes.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with NIH CIT change management protocols.
- Knowledge of the NIH Enterprise Performance Life Cycle framework.
- CCMP certification.
- ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
- Background in configuration management.

Compensation Information:
The salary range for this position is between $87,000 and $157,450. This range serves as a general guideline and is not a guarantee of compensation. Various factors, including job responsibilities, education, experience, and internal equity, will be considered in determining the final offer.
