Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Workflow Manager / Evidence Custodian to support the National Media Exploitation Center (NMEC) in Bethesda, MD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing workflows, ensuring evidence custody and control, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Workflow Management: Develop and implement technical documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures, Processes, Point of Contacts, Workflow, Guidelines, and After-Action Reports.
  • Evidence Custody and Control: Ensure all documentation and content are at the appropriate classification and on identified networks for leadership, staff, partners, and customers to access.
  • Administrative Support: Perform administrative actions to review, disseminate, control, and track tasks/actions through project management software.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in workflow management, evidence custody, and control, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate in a team environment and present technical information to colleagues, leadership, and partners.
  • Clearance: Active TS/SCI Clearance with CI Polygraph required.
  • Education: Associates degree and 7+ years of experience; OR Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience; OR Master's Degree and 3+ years of experience; OR PhD with 0+ years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Digital Forensics: Familiarity with current digital forensics techniques and terminology.
  • Database Management: Previous experience with database management systems (MySQL, Oracle, etc).
  • IC and DoD Metadata Standards: Familiarity with IC and DoD metadata standards.
  • DoD 8570 Compliant: IAT Level II.
