Responsibilities:

  • Review contract drawings and specifications for constructability
  • Execute projects using different delivery methods
  • Coordinate post-award contract meetings
  • Manage contractor submittals and Requests for Information (RFIs)
  • Monitor project budget and schedule constraints
  • Visit construction sites regularly
  • Ensure quality control program compliance
  • Provide project updates to senior personnel
  • Assist in Post Construction Award Services (PCAS) management
  • Coordinate equipment installation and utility services
  • Identify scope modifications when needed
  • Prepare independent government estimates (IGEs)
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 15+ years' experience in construction management
  • Secret clearance required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to review complex engineering specifications
  • Extensive knowledge of construction contracts and regulations
  • Willingness to visit construction sites as required
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Primavera P6
