Job Description

You will drive new business growth by selling the value of Colossyan's AI video solutions, developing relationships, and identifying opportunities in Mid Market and Enterprise accounts (1,000+ employees).

You will report to our Head of Global Sales and work closely with our BDR team and all functional teams, particularly Marketing and Product.

Your pipeline sources will include:

  • Marketing Team via direct booked demos, inbounds worked by the SDR Team, and events
  • BDR Team via cold outreach
  • Product Qualified Leads
  • Yourself
Responsibilities
  • Own the entire sales process from prospecting to close
  • Be a consultative partner, providing prospects with best AI video creation practices
  • Manage inbound from Directed Booked Demos and generate pipeline from hand-raisers via the product
  • Capture and synthesize product feedback from customers; make recommendations based on this feedback
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and apply that knowledge to identify new opportunities for growth
  • Maintain accurate information on sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of consistent B2B, SaaS Sales experience with 1+ year selling to enterprise customers (1,000+ Employees)
  • Demonstrate success in achieving assigned business targets
  • Part of a high-performing team that has scaled quickly

  • Understanding of the challenges and opportunities in a fast-growing startup
Salary and Benefits

We estimate an annual salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 based on your skills and experience.
