Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to lead our strategic growth activities and develop relationships with employers. This role will be responsible for managing and coordinating internal support functions, performing client management functions, and facilitating strategy development and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage strategic growth activities to drive business development and implementation
- Develop and maintain relationships with employers and other key stakeholders
- Manage and coordinate internal support functions to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives
- Perform client management functions to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Facilitate strategy development and decision-making through quantifying opportunity and risk assessment
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in business development or healthcare marketing

Pay and BenefitsThe salary range for this position is $55.61 to $93.82 per hour. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with a generous employer match.
