Key Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Ensure the accurate completion of new hire documentation.
- Post job openings and reach out to potential candidates.
- Schedule interviews and assist with various HR projects.
- Provide assistance with employee programs and policy development.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and HR policies.
- Manage HR mail sorting and assist with documentation for DOL claims and SSA paperwork.
- Utilize our Workday portal effectively.
- Contribute to departmental projects and assignments.
Educational Requirements:
Required: At least 2 years completed towards a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
Preferred: More than 2 years completed towards a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
Experience:
Preferred: A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
Position Requirements:
Required: Proficiency in MS Office, strong teamwork capabilities, and effective data entry and communication skills.
Preferred: Familiarity with HR principles and regulations.
