We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Toyota Service Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for processing internal and external claims, reviewing repair orders for accuracy and completeness, and determining technician flagging rates.
Key Responsibilities- Process internal and external claims with labor operations and manufacturer requirements in a timely manner
- Review repair orders for proper completion, accuracy, and legibility
- Determine and enter applicable labor operation codes, failure codes, and parts stamps
- Interpret and translate technician comments into damage codes/operation codes
- Ensure all correct parts have been charged and re-priced as necessary
- Locate damage codes for warranty repairs
- Flag technicians for hours earned on operations performed
- Support the billing clerk with customer pay internal and external repair orders
- Work with the warranty administrator to check repair orders against vehicle service history
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year dealership service administration experience
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures, dealership warranty and administrative policies, and mathematical principles
- Ability to compile, code, categorize, calculate, tabulate, audit, or verify information or data
