Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are in search of an Administrative Assistant to join our team in the non-profit sector located in El Monte, California. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our organization, handling inbound calls and customer service inquiries. You will also be tasked with data entry, scheduling appointments, and email correspondence. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls and provide excellent customer service to our clients.
• Enter data accurately and efficiently into our database.
• Use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook for various administrative tasks.
• Schedule appointments and meetings as necessary.
• Correspond via email professionally and promptly.
• Manage and maintain accurate customer records.
• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary.
• Facilitate both inbound and outbound calls.
• Process customer credit applications accurately.• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in an administrative role within a non-profit organization
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls
• Exceptional customer service skills with a client-focused approach
• Proven experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage email correspondence effectively and professionally
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and initiative
• Familiarity with the non-profit sector would be advantageous.
