Transit Operations Support Specialist

As an Operations & Driver Support Representative, you will oversee essential elements of our daily transit activities. Collaborating with your colleagues, you will serve as the primary contact for real-time troubleshooting and work alongside operations, support, and product enhancement teams to optimize our services. Additionally, you will address various types of requests and tasks as dictated by business requirements.

This position requires in-person attendance at our office. Shifts may include early mornings, daytime, evenings, or weekends, and your availability will be discussed during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adjust daily operational strategies proactively based on real-time feedback from drivers, riders, and team members.
  • Serve as a real-time point of contact for operational challenges, providing innovative solutions to manage live operations.
  • Foster strong relationships across various Via teams and external partners.
  • Utilize your operational and troubleshooting skills to assist other business areas, including live operations and customer communication.
  • Effectively prioritize and address live operational challenges based on incoming information.
  • Apply your knowledge of Via's products and services to make informed decisions with minimal guidance.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Final salary will be determined based on the candidate's experience, knowledge, and skills. The salary range is $16.00-$17.50/hour.
  • We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical plans and 401K matching.
  • Successful completion of a drug test is required for employment.
