As an Operations & Driver Support Representative, you will oversee essential components of our daily transit activities. You will serve as a key resource for real-time troubleshooting and will collaborate closely with various teams, including operations, support, and product enhancement, to optimize our services. Additionally, you will address a variety of tasks and requests based on operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adjust daily operational strategies proactively based on immediate feedback from drivers, riders, and team members.
  • Act as a primary contact for operational challenges, providing innovative solutions to manage live operations effectively.
  • Foster strong collaborative relationships across different Via teams and external partners.
  • Utilize your operational and troubleshooting skills to assist other business functions, including live operations and customer communications.
  • Prioritize and respond to live operational challenges based on received information.
  • Apply your knowledge of Via's products and services to make informed decisions with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, making quick decisions and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ownership mentality, taking full accountability for delivering exceptional service to driver-partners.
  • Proactive mindset, anticipating potential issues and implementing preventative measures.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Final compensation will be based on the candidate's experience, knowledge, and skills. The stated salary does not include equity or variable pay, where applicable.
  • Salary Range: $16.00-$17.50/hour.
  • We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical plans and 401K matching.
  • Successful completion of a drug test is required for employment.
