Position Overview:

The Client Operations Support Specialist plays a crucial role in managing customer interactions and ensuring smooth operational processes. This position involves:

  • Daily collection and organization of incoming correspondence.
  • Managing both physical and digital communications through our designated system.
  • Processing automated payments, addressing credit disputes, handling invoices, and making account modifications.
  • Creating cases for various operational tasks including customer relations and accounts payable.
  • Generating and preparing correspondence and response letters for clients.
  • Sending out response letters when account details are unclear.
  • Ensuring all documents are accurately imaged and associated with the correct accounts.
  • Entering credit application details into the Credit Department system.
  • Updating banking information for auto payment setups or modifications.
  • Researching account histories to assess payment rejections and make informed decisions regarding auto payments.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency with technology.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic and evolving business environment.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
