CornerStone Staffing is seeking a Client Support Operations Specialist.

Position Overview:

This role involves assisting in the management of customer interactions and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and categorize incoming correspondence on a daily basis.
  • Process both physical and electronic communications through the designated system.
  • Establish cases for various customer service functions including customer relations, credit disputes, account adjustments, and payment processing.
  • Prepare and dispatch correspondence and other necessary response documents regularly.
  • Send communication to clients when account details are unclear.
  • Ensure all documents are accurately digitized and linked to the appropriate accounts.
  • Input credit application details into the Credit Department's system.
  • Enter banking information to facilitate, modify, or terminate automatic payments.
  • Investigate account histories to assess payment issues and determine the status of automatic payments.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
