Client Support Operations Specialist

CornerStone Staffing is seeking a Client Support Operations Specialist.
Position Overview:
This role involves assisting in the management of customer interactions and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and categorize incoming correspondence on a daily basis.
- Process both physical and electronic communications through the designated system.
- Establish cases for various customer service functions including customer relations, credit disputes, account adjustments, and payment processing.
- Prepare and dispatch correspondence and other necessary response documents regularly.
- Send communication to clients when account details are unclear.
- Ensure all documents are accurately digitized and linked to the appropriate accounts.
- Input credit application details into the Credit Department's system.
- Enter banking information to facilitate, modify, or terminate automatic payments.
- Investigate account histories to assess payment issues and determine the status of automatic payments.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
