Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as a Strategic HR Director for Go-To-Market Operations. As a key member of our HR organization, you will partner with senior leaders to drive business strategy and talent initiatives that enable growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR business partnering, talent management, and organizational design. You will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with the business goals, as well as providing expert advice to leaders on talent management, inclusion, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals

• Provide expert advice on talent management, inclusion, and retention to leaders across the organization

• Develop and implement organizational design solutions to drive business growth and success

• Collaborate with HR colleagues to design and deliver HR programs that meet business needs

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in HR business partnering, talent management, or organizational design

• Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Strong understanding of HR business partnering principles and practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
