- Assist with data entry, filing, and document preparation, as well as provide general information about the company and its services.
- Collaborate with other departments to support office operations and maintain a high level of organization and productivity.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
