Position Overview

RxSight Inc. is a pioneering organization in the field of ophthalmic medical technology, dedicated to transforming the cataract surgery experience through innovative solutions. Our flagship product is the world's first adjustable intraocular lens (IOL), designed to be tailored post-surgery for optimal patient outcomes.

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist, under the guidance of the Talent Acquisition Manager, will oversee the comprehensive recruitment lifecycle. This includes crafting job advertisements, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and negotiating employment offers. The successful candidate will possess outstanding communication and organizational capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job advertisement creation to candidate onboarding.
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Leverage our ATS (Paylocity) for job postings, candidate tracking, and maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates through various platforms, including professional networks, job boards, and referrals.
  • Candidate Engagement: Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely and clear communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Interview Coordination: Organize and conduct interviews, collect feedback from interviewers, and facilitate decision-making discussions.
  • Offer Presentation: Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate terms, and manage the acceptance process.
  • Networking: Build and maintain a network of prospective candidates through ongoing market research and relationship development.
  • Process Enhancement: Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements to boost the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
  • Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide insights on effective interviewing and selection practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiar with professional networking platforms and social media.
  • Skilled in documenting processes and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Adaptable to change with a positive outlook.
  • Able to perform under pressure and work collaboratively.
  • Capable of troubleshooting, identifying enhancements, and making independent decisions.
  • Highly dependable with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Experienced with applicant tracking systems and HR management tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on customer service.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Associate's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3-5 years of comprehensive recruiting experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or similar sectors.
  • Experience in a staffing agency setting is highly desirable.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Proficient in Excel and Word, with a moderate to expert level of expertise.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook Scheduling Assistant.
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet is advantageous.
