Inside Sales Account Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team at McGraw-Hill Education. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a designated territory and customer base to attain and surpass sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive sales growth and expand market penetration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
- Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
- Stay up-to-date on McGraw-Hill PreK-12 Programs and leverage this knowledge to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 3 years' education and/or sales experience required.
- Proven ability to organize daily tasks effectively, manage time efficiently, and complete work without external distractions.
- Microsoft software skills: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Salesforce CRM.
