Senior Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead our efforts in managing key enterprise accounts and executing strategic business plans in the global semiconductor market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic sales, business development, and driving partnerships.
Responsibilities- Aggressively drive new business by identifying opportunities and utilizing value-based selling.
- Work closely with company resources to develop business cases for new products and participate in product and company strategy development.
- Present to purchasing staff, engineers, and management at accounts of interest in a professional setting.
- Manage identified key accounts in the territory and drive sales objectives.
- Coordinate with Reps in the territory for success at named accounts using channel partners as needed.
- Provide customer support as needed responding to customer technical and commercial questions.
- Provide market feedback to the company on the competitive environment and new product ideas and features.
- Maintain the CRM database with accurate customer and channel information regarding sales opportunities, design ins, design wins and production status.
- Prepare accurate forecasts of business for use in capacity planning, longer range resource planning and sales prioritization.
- Include company resources, engineers and management, in account calls as required.
- Execute timely preparation of all expense reports and assigned projects.
- Minimum of 8+ years of semiconductor sales experience.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent.
- Experience working with or strong understanding of circuits.
- Understanding of semiconductor engineering terms that are relevant to the company's product.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate a Positive, Collaborative, and Enthusiastic attitude.
- MBA Degree.
- 15+ years of semiconductor sales experience.
- Inquisitive and a deep desire to learn new technologies.
- Self-starter that can work independently without proximity supervision.
- Automotive strategic account penetration experience.
