Job Summary

As a Senior Partner Manager, Advertising Sales, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and deepening brand connections with our customers through bespoke retail media solutions. You will manage key business portfolios for strategic brands in Retail, building and maintaining relationships with executive clients and senior partner stakeholders. Your consultative and strategic approach will be essential in shaping annual joint strategies between Walmart and clients, leading cross-functional teams to drive client success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of client business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
  • Shape annual joint strategies between Walmart and clients, leading cross-functional teams to drive client success.
  • Plan and achieve annual and incremental growth goals through the presentation of Walmart advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing objectives.
  • Conduct forward-thinking, data-driven analyses, and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and present high-impact opportunities to customers.
  • Collaborate closely with account management partners, demonstrating strong backend knowledge and the ability to lean in and ensure smooth operations.
  • Travel as required to meet with the shopper marketing team and suppliers/agencies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent professional industry experience.
  • 6+ years quota-carrying digital sales experience with the ability to generate new SaaS sales.
  • Expertise in WMC products and/or digital media solutions, especially paid search, programmatic, and CTV.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • A strong ability to propose creative technologies across a landscape of diverse decision-makers and align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes.
  • A strong track record of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup, sales, and/or online advertising environment.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Zoom Info, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • A passion for driving business results for companies.
