Outreach Specialist

The Excalibur Group is seeking a skilled Outreach Specialist to join our team in Washington, D.C. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for initiating contact with assigned customers and encouraging them to engage with our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate contact with assigned customers and encourage them to participate in our services.
  • Re-engage customers who have stopped participating in our services.
  • Share information about outreach and engagement efforts with case managers.
  • Inform case managers of any barriers that prevent customers from fully engaging with our services.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of two years of post-secondary education and two years of experience in outreach activities.
  • Effective and engaging communication skills.
  • Analytical and organizational skills.
  • Resilience and outcome-driven mindset.
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, except federal holidays.
