Community Engagement Leader

LOST iN is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our community engagement efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that foster a dynamic community around our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a comprehensive community-building strategy that incorporates content, creators, and various distribution channels.
  • Evaluate and launch community-based initiatives, such as ambassador programs and loyalty programs, to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with affiliated creators and talent to integrate community participation mechanisms into our content and keep them informed about community happenings.
  • Develop a strategy for online gathering places, including internationally, to further the interests of the LOST iN brand and build community.
  • Conceptualize and execute live events that foster IRL interactions between community members and our brand.
  • Contribute to branded content initiatives, ensuring community interests are represented and exciting, surprising, or delightful elements are incorporated.
  • Align community initiatives with concrete business outcomes.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and business leaders, advocating for the community's best interests.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in community management, social media, and/or marketing.
  • Proven track record of building, executing, and scaling cross-functional community and/or marketing programs with measurable impact.
  • Deep understanding of social platforms, message boards, chat apps, and more.
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership.
