Team Insight:
The Human Resources team plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding care by recruiting and onboarding Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) while nurturing positive relationships with them. This team is essential in fostering enthusiasm and commitment among PCAs, ensuring they feel valued and motivated in their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard Personal Care Assistants (PCAs)
- Develop strong relationships with PCAs to enhance their engagement and dedication to Sage Eldercare
- Assess and assign PCAs to client schedules based on their skills and availability
- Collaborate with the Finance team to verify PCA hours for accurate payroll and billing

- You excel at building respectful and positive relationships with PCAs, maintaining high morale through recognition of their contributions.
- You assess the qualifications of PCAs for specific clients, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and availability.
- You maintain up-to-date knowledge of PCA availability, expertly matching caregivers to clients for optimal satisfaction.

Compensation: The anticipated base salary for this position ranges from $71,302 to $83,200 annually, based on experience and qualifications.-
