Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team in our New York City office. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from sources such as project management software, financial systems, and CRM/ERP tools
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to enhance business performance insights
  • Create process flows and automate analytics
  • Build API interfaces between operational and analytics platforms
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data, and communicate findings to management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Master's degree (preferred)
  • Minimum of three to five years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role (engineering consulting or related industry)
  • Experience with BI tools (e.g., QLIK, Talend, Power BI, Tableau, SQL) and data modeling techniques
  • Proficient in SQL and experience with data warehousing concepts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
