Our Risk, Regulatory & Compliance Business Unit plays a crucial role in addressing our clients' technical program management requirements. Due to our significant growth, we are expanding our team to support leading names in technology. Our proficiency in Technical Program Management, Technical Product Management, and Technical Project Management has been instrumental in our achievements.

We are in search of skilled TPMs at the consultant level and above, with proven success in client-facing roles across several of the following areas:

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering client services as part of an on-site or remote project team
  • Managing projects effectively
  • Collaborating with internal and client project team members, contributing to internal communications and readiness activities
  • Providing status updates on progress, dependencies, issues, risks, and overall program health
  • Maintaining program sites as a repository for all project-related information
  • Contributing to the creation of high-quality and timely deliverables
  • Conducting research and business analysis
  • Assisting in the coordination and development of client proposals
  • Supporting practice, thought leadership, and the development of personnel

Consulting Skills

  • Ability to plan assigned work and identify project priorities and stakeholders, conducting regular progress updates
  • Presenting complex ideas and critical points to team members and client contacts, including management
  • Organizing and prioritizing work activities to meet deadlines while effectively communicating with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Performing research and business analysis to address customer challenges and present tailored solutions
  • Utilizing advanced methodological concepts to prepare client deliverables using tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Access, MS Project, and Visio
  • Reporting on project progress, dependencies, issues, risks, and overall program health
  • Leading work streams of complex projects and overseeing simpler projects

Business Expertise Skills

  • Supporting firmwide practice, thought leadership, and personnel development activities
  • Deepening knowledge related to specific business challenges or sector functions
  • Sharing experiences related to business issues and facilitating knowledge transfer among peers and junior staff
  • Contributing to the growth of Sia's U.S. Financial Services practice
  • Being an effective team player

Business Development Skills

  • Independently writing business proposals and presentations
  • Identifying and qualifying business opportunities
  • Communicating relevant information regarding new business activities to management and team leaders

People Management Skills

  • Supervising project teams both internally and on client assignments
  • Incorporating the firm's values into management practices

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in management consulting
  • Experience with AI/GenAI solution implementation
  • Collaborating with program managers and cross-functional partners to consolidate project requirements and status updates
  • Working with Product Owners and engineering teams to implement business solutions
  • Defining product roadmaps, goals, metrics, and methodologies
  • Building relationships with internal customers and stakeholders to manage expectations
  • Reviewing new requirements and assessing integration needs
  • Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure project continuity
  • Managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Staying updated on technology trends and defining team roadmaps
  • Switching between program-level and task-level issues to drive project completion
  • Communicating team programs to minimize surprises
  • Seeking efficiencies through automation
  • Being self-motivated and capable of independent and collaborative work in a fast-paced setting
