Key Responsibilities
- Deliver client services as part of an on-site or remote project team
- Oversee project management activities
- Collaborate with internal and client project team members, contributing to internal communications and readiness within the program team and client groups
- Provide comprehensive status reports on progress, dependencies, issues, risks, and overall program health
- Maintain program documentation as a repository for all project information
- Contribute to the creation of high-quality and timely deliverables
- Conduct research and business analysis
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of client proposals
- Support practice development, thought leadership, and team growth
Consulting Skills
- Plan and prioritize assigned work effectively, identifying key stakeholders and conducting regular progress updates
- Communicate complex ideas and critical decisions to team members and client contacts, including management
- Organize and prioritize work activities to meet deadlines while maintaining effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders
- Perform research and business analysis to address customer challenges, presenting tailored solutions based on quantitative and qualitative data
- Utilize advanced methodological concepts to prepare client deliverables using tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Access, MS Project, and Visio
- Provide regular updates on project progress, dependencies, issues, risks, and overall program health
- Lead work streams for complex projects and manage simpler projects
Business Expertise Skills
- Support firmwide practice development and thought leadership initiatives
- Deepen knowledge related to specific business challenges and issues within a sector
- Facilitate knowledge transfer among peers and junior staff
- Contribute to the growth of Sia's U.S. Financial Services practice

Business Development Skills
- Independently write business proposals and presentations
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Communicate relevant information regarding new business activities to management and team leaders

- Supervise project teams both internally and on client assignments

Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of management consulting experience
- Experience in implementing AI/GenAI solutions
- Collaborate with program managers and cross-functional teams to consolidate project requirements and communicate status to stakeholders
- Work with Product Owners and engineering teams to implement business solutions
- Define product roadmaps, goals, metrics, and methodologies
- Build relationships with internal customers and stakeholders to manage expectations
- Assess integration needs for new builds or third-party software
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project continuity
- Manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Stay updated on technology trends and develop key partnerships
- Transition between program-level and task-level issues effectively
- Communicate team program updates proactively
- Seek opportunities for process efficiencies through automation
- Demonstrate self-motivation and teamwork in a fast-paced setting
