Our Risk, Regulatory & Compliance Business Unit plays a crucial role in addressing our clients' technical program management requirements. As we continue to grow, we are looking to expand our team to support leading technology firms. Our success stems from our expertise in Technical Program Management, Technical Product Management, and Technical Project Management (TPM).

We are in search of skilled TPMs at the consultant level and above, with proven client-facing success in various disciplines, including:

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering client solutions as part of an on-site or remote project team
  • Overseeing project management tasks
  • Collaborating with internal and client project team members, and contributing to internal communications and readiness activities
  • Providing status updates on progress, dependencies, issues, risks, and overall program health
  • Maintaining program sites as a repository for all project-related information
  • Contributing to the creation of high-quality and timely deliverables
  • Conducting research and business analysis
  • Assisting in the development of client proposals
  • Supporting practice, thought leadership, and personnel development

Consulting Skills

  • Ability to plan and prioritize work effectively
  • Presenting complex ideas and critical points to team members and client contacts
  • Managing and organizing work activities to meet deadlines while maintaining effective communication
  • Conducting research and analysis to address business challenges and present tailored solutions
  • Utilizing advanced tools to prepare client deliverables and support other consultants
  • Providing comprehensive status reporting on project health
  • Leading work streams for complex projects and managing simpler projects

Business Expertise Skills

  • Supporting firmwide practice, thought leadership, and personnel development activities
  • Deepening knowledge related to specific business challenges within various sectors
  • Sharing experiences and facilitating knowledge transfer among peers and junior staff
  • Contributing to the growth of Sia's U.S. Financial Services practice

Business Development Skills

  • Independently writing business proposals and presentations
  • Identifying and qualifying business opportunities
  • Communicating relevant information regarding new business activities to team leaders

People Management Skills

  • Supervising project teams both internally and on client assignments
  • Incorporating the firm's values into management practices

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of management consulting experience
  • Experience with AI/GenAI solution implementation
  • Collaborating with program managers and cross-functional partners to manage project requirements and priorities
  • Working with Product Owners and engineering teams to implement business solutions
  • Defining product roadmaps and establishing goals/metrics
  • Building relationships with internal customers and stakeholders
  • Assessing integration needs for new builds or third-party software
  • Identifying and managing risks to ensure project success
  • Handling competing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Staying updated on technology trends and building subject matter expertise
  • Switching between program-level and task-level issues as needed
  • Maintaining ongoing communication to minimize surprises
  • Seeking opportunities for process efficiencies through automation
  • Demonstrating self-motivation and teamwork in a fast-paced setting
