Our Risk, Regulatory & Compliance Business Unit plays a crucial role in addressing our clients' technical program management requirements. Due to our substantial growth, we are looking to expand our team that collaborates with some of the leading names in technology. Our proficiency in Technical Program Management, Technical Product Management, and Technical Project Management has been instrumental to our success.

We are in search of skilled TPMs at the consultant level and above, who have demonstrated success in client-facing roles across several of the following areas:

  • Compliance and Legal Technology Solutions
  • Data Science / AI / GenAI Implementation
  • Process Optimization
  • SQL and Reporting Tools
  • Agile/Scrum Project Management
  • Product/Application Development
  • Quality Assurance and Code Reviews

  • Prototyping
  • Requirements Authoring (Business/Functional/Technical)
  • Automation Solutions

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver client services as part of a project team, either on-site or remotely
  • Oversee project management activities
  • Collaborate with internal and client project team members, contributing to internal communications and readiness activities
  • Provide comprehensive status reports covering progress, dependencies, issues, risks, and overall program health
  • Maintain program documentation as a central repository for all project information
  • Contribute to the development of high-quality deliverables in a timely manner
  • Conduct research and business analysis
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of client proposals
  • Support practice development, thought leadership, and team growth

Consulting Skills

  • Plan and prioritize assigned work effectively, conducting regular progress updates
  • Communicate complex ideas and critical decisions to team members and client contacts, including management
  • Organize and manage work activities to meet deadlines while maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Perform in-depth research and analysis to address business challenges, presenting tailored solutions using both quantitative and qualitative data
  • Utilize advanced methodologies to prepare client deliverables using tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Access, MS Project, and Visio
  • Report on project progress, dependencies, issues, risks, and overall program health
  • Lead work streams for complex projects and manage simpler projects independently

Business Expertise Skills

  • Support firmwide practice development and thought leadership initiatives
  • Deepen knowledge related to specific business challenges and sector functions
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer among peers and junior staff
  • Contribute to the growth of Sia's U.S. Financial Services practice
  • Foster a collaborative team environment

Business Development Skills

  • Independently write business proposals and presentations
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Communicate relevant information regarding new business activities to management and team members

People Management Skills

  • Supervise project teams both internally and on client assignments
  • Incorporate the firm's values into management practices

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of management consulting experience
  • Experience implementing AI/GenAI solutions
  • Collaborate with program managers and cross-functional teams to coordinate project requirements and priorities
  • Work with Product Owners and engineering teams to implement business solutions
  • Define product roadmaps, goals, metrics, and methodologies
  • Build relationships with internal customers and stakeholders to manage expectations
  • Assess integration needs for new builds or third-party software
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success
  • Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Stay informed on technology trends and build subject matter expertise
  • Adapt between program-level and task-level issues to drive project completion
  • Communicate ongoing program updates to minimize surprises
  • Seek efficiencies through process automation
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
