The Director of Business Development will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new and strategic opportunities in the High Reliability OEM component field. This includes developing and maintaining customer business relationships at mid-tier and top-level management, as well as establishing new accounts and contacts with leading High Reliability OEM's.

Key Skills
  • Strong technical sales, application engineering, and marketing knowledge in the Aerospace, Space, Medical, and Military high reliability markets.
  • Ability to establish priorities and maintain multiple priorities and tasks at one time.
  • Well-developed organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Office, Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years business development experience in the High reliability OEM component field.
  • Electrical engineering degree required, and MBA preferred.
  • Must be available to travel up to 25% to 35% of the time.
  • Demonstrable skills using product management tools: Market and product plans, timelines, market research, and product validity.
