About the Role

Rambus is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our Marketing and Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads for top-of-the-funnel prospect generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify potential customers to drive top-of-the-funnel prospect generation
  • Qualify and route leads, and manage the top of the funnel
  • Follow-up on inbound product inquiries from various marketing activities
  • Lead prospect outreach by working in conjunction with sales
  • Route inquiries to the appropriate stakeholders and ensure timely responses
  • Qualify leads from various sources and identify sales opportunities
  • Analyze patterns from incoming prospects and segment them accordingly
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategies to nurture prospects with targeted contextual content
  • Identify key decision-makers at target accounts
  • Write hyper-personalized outreach emails to prospects
  • Measure, analyze, and monitor the effectiveness of strategies and implement feedback loops to learn and improve continuously
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced cross-functional environment
  • Experience in researching, account planning, prospecting, and cold calling into a large list of prospect accounts
  • Track record of achieving sales metrics consistently
  • Bonus: Experience with Salesforce and 6sense
