Job Summary

HF Sinclair is seeking an experienced Unbranded Sales Manager to lead our national sales and marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of marketing representatives accountable for the gasoline and distillate rack sales.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage a team of marketing representatives to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
  2. Collaborate closely with the bulk supply and trading teams to balance bulk and rack sales quantities and locations.
  3. Establish and maintain exceptional working relationships with unbranded customers.
  4. Negotiate and actively manage unbranded rack sales contracts.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth and profitability.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on marketing refined products.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a management-related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products, with expertise in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Work Environment

The Unbranded Sales Manager will be based in Dallas, TX, with frequent travel required throughout the United States. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
