Job Summary

Bruckner Truck Sales, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in facilitating the sales process, working closely with customers and prospects to identify potential sales opportunities for new and used trucks, trailers, and other commercial vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact customers and prospects to identify potential sales opportunities
  • Maintain a database of existing customers and sales prospects
  • Assist truck sales people with sales quotes and sales assistance
  • Work with customers and prospects to facilitate the sales process
  • Organize and maintain used truck files and specifications
  • Enter used truck inventory on the company website
  • Assist with sales and marketing activities
Requirements
  • Minimum high school diploma with appropriate experience
  • Minimum 2 years retail sales experience, preferably in heavy duty or medium duty trucks
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
