About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our Technology division, Maris Consulting Group℠. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and growing relationships with clients in the technology space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and build relationships with clients in the technology industry
- Accountable for building a client pipeline and expanding Maris Consulting Group℠ footprint in the market
- Knowledgeable about the sales process to support client needs
- Develop and maintain effective relationships and communicate effectively with key leaders and staff to drive penetration and sales growth
- Effectively manage and prioritize workload
- Possess demonstrable selling, negotiation, communications, and problem-solving skills
- Resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
Ideal Candidate
- High energy, exemplary work ethic and a track record of revenue generation and growth
- Solid understanding of technology positions, job functions and skill sets
- Strong networking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 4+ years of business development experience, preferably in IT staffing and/or IT solutions
- Sense of Urgency – a true competitor who exhibits the work ethic to honor every commitment
- Integrity - known for being authentic and genuine
- An Organized and detail-oriented individual who follows through on every project
