Job Title: Senior National Account Executive

Job Summary:

The Senior National Account Executive is a key member of the John Hardy sales team, responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the North America wholesale channel. This role requires a strong understanding of the luxury goods market and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve annual revenue targets in national/independent accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and partners to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to elevate the John Hardy brand and drive business results
  • Manage inventory alignment, marketing initiatives, and in-store support to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Develop and manage budgets for designated territory, including revenue, selling, and SG&A expenses
  • Identify opportunities for growth in existing businesses and develop new business strategies
  • Ensure retailers understand and execute company guidelines regarding inventory assortments, product mix, product merchandising, and marketing execution
  • Communicate company initiatives to retail partners to drive engagement and support
  • Support John Hardy events to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Travel to support accounts training and events as needed
  • Complete all administrative duties accurately and expeditiously, including budgeting, expenses, and account-specific reporting

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 10+ years of relevant industry experience and sales team management experience
  • Proven track record in sales generation, managing sales results, and meeting profitability targets
  • Structured, analytical thinker with strong communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel and able to analyze data sets to derive sales insights
  • Energetic, authentic, collaborative, and humble leader with a strong ability to drive positive customer experiences
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
