Senior Account Executive

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team at Maris Consulting Group℠. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and building relationships with clients in the technology space, driving sales growth and expanding our footprint in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key leaders and staff to drive penetration and sales growth.
- Build a client pipeline and expand Maris Consulting Group's presence in the market.
- Provide knowledgeable support to clients on the sales process and their needs.
- Effectively manage and prioritize workload to meet sales targets.
- Utilize strong selling, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills to resolve customer service issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High energy, exemplary work ethic, and a track record of revenue generation and growth.
- Solid understanding of technology positions, job functions, and skill sets.
- Strong networking skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 4+ years of business development experience in IT staffing and/or IT solutions.
- Sense of Urgency, Integrity, Organized, and detail-oriented individual who follows through on every project.
- Pride in your craft, natural Networker, exceptional verbal and written Communicator, and a sense of Humor.
