Key Responsibilities- Guest Interaction: Anticipate and respond to guests' needs in a timely and welcoming manner.
- Room Management: Process guest check-ins, verify registration information, and handle overbooked or 'walked' guests.
- Communication: Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments and personnel.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge and Training: Maintain a complete knowledge of hotel features, services, and operations, and train with and learn Food and Beverage operations.
- Experience: Previous experience working as a front desk agent or in a similar role.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate.
- Skills: Proficiency with computers, basic math skills, and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Communication: Great verbal and written communication skills.
- Teamwork: The ability to create a fun and supportive working environment.
