About the Role

The Front Desk Agent is a key member of our hospitality team, responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Interaction: Anticipate and respond to guests' needs in a timely and welcoming manner.
  • Room Management: Process guest check-ins, verify registration information, and handle overbooked or 'walked' guests.
  • Communication: Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments and personnel.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
