Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Coordinator at The Joint Chiropractic. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Care: Greet patients upon arrival, check them in for appointments, and ensure a smooth and efficient check-out process.
- Phone and Email Support: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide general information to patients and staff.
- Front Office Operations: Manage the front office, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
- Sales and Marketing: Participate in sales and marketing efforts to attract new patients and promote our services.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our chiropractors, massage therapists, and other staff members to ensure seamless patient care and a positive patient experience.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational skills.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand and/or sit for long periods of time, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Competitive Pay: $15+ commissions.
