Job Summary:
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our attorneys and paralegals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be fluent in Spanish. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to attorneys and paralegals, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Data Entry and Calendaring: Assist with data entry, calendaring deadlines, and document preparation.
- Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish.
- Office Operations: Support the team with other office-related duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years of administrative experience preferred; law firm experience highly desired.
- Education: College degree preferred.
- Language: Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken).
- Skills: Strong organization and time-management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Software: Proficient or advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
