Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team at Millennium Events Management. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating brand awareness, expanding market reach, and driving customer service and business development efforts to drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while promoting client products and services.
  • Collaborate with your team to meet sales targets and contribute to the company's business development efforts.
  • Train and mentor new sales representatives to develop the next generation of sales talent.
  • Monitor and report on sales activities, tracking key performance metrics and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with leadership to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Actively communicate product knowledge and sales techniques to your team, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to succeed in sales and business development.
  • Leadership potential with the ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous sales experience is beneficial but not required.
