Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with current and potential clients through one-on-one visits, organized events, and phone prospecting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage social media platforms such as Facebook and Pay Per Click to promote our services
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales objectives
  • Compile and maintain decision-maker information and identify top prospects to develop into clients
  • Participate in professional associations and host lunch-and-learns to promote continuing education

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of progressively responsible business-to-business sales experience
  • Strong business and financial background and process-and-results-driven attitude
  • Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is preferred
  • Working knowledge of current business software technologies is required
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience
