Position:
Onboarding Program Manager

Location:
San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)

Employment Type:
Contract

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and implement operational efficiencies to enhance scalability and improve employee experience.
  • Oversee all aspects of new hire orientation, including attendance tracking, reporting, and session coordination.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for cross-functional teams during new hire orientation sessions, addressing any immediate issues as they arise.
  • Support the documentation and analysis of the global onboarding process, including communications, reporting, and process documentation.
  • Develop and refine processes and systems in collaboration with various stakeholders to drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create structured plans aligned with organizational priorities, working alongside counterparts in regional and global roles.
  • Manage and update onboarding-related content and communications, including emails, documentation, and checklists.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a Global Onboarding program.
  • At least 3 years of experience in corporate environments.
  • 2+ years of program management experience.
  • 1+ years focused on global, enterprise onboarding.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Familiarity with various HR and Learning & Development systems (e.g., LMS, HCMs).
  • Demonstrated operational excellence.
  • Experience in events management.
  • Project management skills (PMP certification is a plus).
  • Change management experience.
  • Strong prioritization skills in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
  • Proven ability in stakeholder management and relationship-building.

Work Schedule:
  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Morning shift
  • 40 hours per week

Compensation:
$60.00 per hour

Experience Requirement:
3 years managing a Global Onboarding program (Required)
