Onboarding Program Manager
Location:

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement operational efficiencies to enhance scalability and improve employee experiences.
- Oversee new hire orientation tasks, including attendance monitoring, reporting, and coordination of weekly sessions (event logistics, room reservations, speaker scheduling, etc.).
- Serve as the primary liaison for cross-functional teams during new hire orientation sessions, addressing any immediate issues and coverage needs.
- Assist in the discovery and documentation of the global onboarding process, focusing on logistics and overall experience (communications, reporting, attendance tracking, etc.).
- Develop and implement processes and systems to improve collaboration across various teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to design strategic plans aligned with organizational priorities, engaging with counterparts in regional and global roles.
- Manage updates for onboarding-related content and communications, including emails, documentation, checklists, and wikis.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a Global Onboarding program.
- At least 3 years of experience in corporate environments.
- 2+ years of program management experience.
- 1+ years focused on global, enterprise onboarding.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience with various HR and Learning & Development systems (e.g., LMS, HCMs).
- Demonstrated operational excellence.
- Strong events management skills.
- Project management experience (PMP certification is a plus).
- Proficient in change management.
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Work Schedule:
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Morning shift
- 40 hours per week
Compensation:
$60.00 per hour
