Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation processes for the Travel Insurance sector.
  • Collaborate with team members to align implementation objectives.
  • Engage in the development of innovative solutions to product challenges, aiming to enhance profitability while minimizing compliance risks.
  • Assist in the management of the coordination, assignment, and timely collection of departmental responses to RFPs.
  • Oversee the response process by establishing a workflow in Workfront or other project management tools to monitor response timeliness.
  • Execute all RFP/RFI/Questionnaires/Surveys by fostering strong relationships with sales, product, legal, and finance teams.
  • Work closely with the commercial team to onboard clients effectively.
  • Ensure partners adhere to guidelines and standards, including the initial deployment of products for agent sales, agent travel insurance licensing, and the installation of pre-developed advertising materials in customer-facing platforms.
  • Conduct audits of partner activities and websites for compliance, investigate compliance issues, provide remediation recommendations, and implement corrective actions in partnership with Sales Account Managers.
  • Establish a communication framework for initial partner onboarding, training programs, corrective measures, and offboarding procedures.

Qualifications:
* 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry
* 3-5 years of experience in supporting sales functions during client onboarding
* Proven experience in project management with a successful track record of collaboration across multiple departments
