We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Candidate Experience Coordinator to join our Human Resources team at the Mental Health Association of San Francisco. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires and supporting our recruiting efforts to attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities- Lead New Employee Orientation: Develop and present comprehensive new employee orientation programs to ensure all new hires are set up for success and have an excellent candidate experience.
- Recruiting Support: Assist our recruiting team with outreach efforts, including attending external job fairs, conferences, and other events, and developing marketing strategies to attract top talent.
- Internal Training and Development: Design and deliver internal trainings for current employees and managers to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to efficiently perform their duties.
- Commitment to Our Mission: A strong commitment to upholding the mission and values of the Mental Health Association of San Francisco.
- HR Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience in the HR or recruiting field.
