We are seeking a skilled professional to drive strategic growth of our product/category portfolio and deliver EBITDA for assigned categories per budget. As a key member of our team, you will manage category budget P&L, category portfolio, and short/medium-term execution plan for key initiatives. Your analytical skills and ability to present high-level and detailed plans will be essential in influencing leadership and teams across the organization.

You Will Make Contributions That Matter
  1. Drive strategic growth of the product/category portfolio and deliver EBITDA for assigned categories per budget.
  2. Manage category budget P&L.
  3. Manage category portfolio from product introduction to commercialization, renovation, and rationalization.
  4. Use key external market dynamics and their link to internal capabilities and strategic objectives to inform category strategy.
  5. Be a product category expert and gather, research, synthesize, and leverage insights to support a data-driven point of view.
  6. Present high-level and detailed plans and listen to and influence leadership and teams across the organization.
  7. Recommend and drive cross-functional actions and decisions, including product choice, pricing, and initiative prioritization.
  8. Manage the short/medium-term execution plan for key initiatives.
  9. Use category knowledge and insights to overcome organizational roadblocks.
  10. Improve processes, capabilities, and tools across the broader cross-functional team.

You Are Best Suited for This Role If You...
  1. Have 5-7 years of experience in product management, food, and/or beverage.
  2. Have a bachelor's degree in marketing, a related field, or equivalent experience (MBA preferred).
  3. Have experience in brand or product management and a basic understanding of consumer and category marketing/insights concepts and terminology.
  4. Have excellent presentation and influencing skills.
  5. Enjoy strategic and analytical work.
  6. Can demonstrate a history of project management with meticulous attention to detail.
