Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Diversified. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in your assigned market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account-specific strategies to maximize business potential and align with Business Unit goals.
  • Secure new sales opportunities in target markets and establish strategic deals with a solutions-based sales methodology.
  • Build strong industry relationships within targeted customers and utilize a deep understanding of customer technology applications.
  • Develop annual go-to-market sales plans with Business Unit for strategic accounts assigned and report achievements to goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of outside sales experience.
  • Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, highly accountable, and performance-driven with a high level of integrity.
